- Meet once per month, on each participant’s farm in turn.
- Focused group discussion on the feeding analysis of the group to identify potential improvement of feeding profitability.
- Farm walk to observe and discuss the host farm’s feed settings (fertiliser, irrigation, grazing, supplementary feeding) and the potential to improve feeding profitability.
- Each member supplies feeding and production information (milk production, fertiliser, water, silage, purchased feed) by email prior to each meeting for Tracker analysis.
- Individual discussion with host farm if required.
